Little Mazot Cabins offers self-catering holiday accommodation in three freestanding log cabins surrounded by indigenous bush with prolific birdlife.There are magnificent unobstructed views to the Lagoon, The Heads and the Outeniqua Mountains in the far distance.

The main cottage has two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet. (no shower). The comfortable lounge with colour TV leads into the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with a three-plate stove, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery.

The Zwee Cabin, little sister to the Mazot, is a tastefully furnished two-person, studio-type chalet with a double bed and shower-en-suite. It is fully-equipped for self-catering and has a stunning view over the Salt River Valley from a semi-covered deck with braai facilities.

Lolly’s Cottage is the newest addition to the Mazot family. A one-bedroom unit with exquisite views, this cabin is eco-friendly and completely reliant on filtered rain water, solar power and gas. Fully equipped with self-catering facilities, safe off-road parking and private braai facility and deck, this is the perfect getaway for a couple looking for a quiet weekend.

All linen and towels are provided and changed regularly.

While driving on the N2 from Cape Town/George, there is a turn off for Welbedaght Lane on the left approximately 3 km past the White Bridge as you enter the Knysna Estuary. When arriving from PE side you drive through the Knysna Town on the N2 and approximately 3 km out of town, on your left hand side, you will come upon a right turn for Welbedaght Lane. Once in Welbedaght Lane there will be a large billboard showing accommodation in the area, one of which will be Little Mazot Accommodation. Continue to drive on and turn at the first right into Meterlekamp Street. Once in Meterlekamp Street continue for a few hundred metres until you reach a fork in the rd and take the right, to continue up a steep hill. Proceed over two speed-bumps until the turning circle at the end of Metelerkamp Street. Look out for the brass number 8 where one may see The Little Mazot and The Zwee Cabin. Lolly’s Cabin will be further up the steep and challenging driveway behind the Little MAzot.
