Go over this pass and immediately at the bottom of the pass take the signed off-ramp to Hermanus. The remainder of the journey is approximately 28 kms. Pass the turnoffs to Kleinmond, Fisherhaven, Hawston, Onrus and Sandbaai. You will now start to enter the outskirts of Hermanus. Drive on past the gateway spar shopping centre for a further 2 kms into town. At the shell petrol station, turn right, and go one block down to the t-junction. Turn right again and the sea is now on your left. Stay on this road (marine drive which becomes Westcliff Ave) for a further 2 kms until you reach the entrance to the new harbour. At this entrance, turn right on Stil street and whale rock lodge is approximately 100 m up on the right hand side. There are two large palm trees outside the front gates.
