With its thatched roof and wooden floors, Onse Rus has the character and comfort of an old farmhouse. You will immediately feel at home as you slow down to the relaxed pace of country life and take time to experience simple beauty.

Breakfast is served on the front verandah under the trees in summer and around the roaring fire in the main guest lounge in winter. We serve coffee, cake and light lunches on our verandah, where guests and visitors can relax in the shade of the trees and watch the village about its business.

The cool sparkling pool provides a sanctuary on hot summer days. The shady garden has braai facilities and a bar.
