All the prices mentioned have been supplied by the establishment themselves and are to the best of our knowledge correct.

Bnbbreaks reserves the right to terminate forthwith, or to refuse to permit, the use of the Website by any User, at any time and at Bnbbreaks’ absolute discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

Bnbbreaks.com will refund any establishment listing fee within 30 days of application providing the listings team have not completed the work in preparing the listing for the live website. Once work has been carried out in preparing the listing, the listing fee cannot be refunded.


All T&Cs shall be deemed to include any other policies contained on the website from time to time, including but not limited to rules relating to the data protection policy as set out in the ‘Privacy Policy’.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Non-acceptance of the terms and conditions

If you have not accepted these Terms in full, you do not have the right to access the contents of the website and therefore should stop using the website immediately.

Customer charter

While Bnbbreaks.com realizes that there will be times we do not get everything correct, we will endeavour to do our best and offer the best possible service at all times. It is our aim to attend to all concerns as quickly as possible, and if we are unable to assist you immediately we will attempt to reply within 24 hours. However we will acknowledge your concern and advise you who is dealing with your query.
