Options of accommodation include a choice of either one of the four guest rooms, a private cosy stone and thatch cabin (open plan with a bedroom and lounge area, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom) and new self catering log cabins on stilts overlooking the forest and swimming pool.
The African thatch provides a cool haven in summer and in winter the oil heaters in each room, under floor heating in the main entertainment areas and the open fireplace make it cosy and warm. All the beds have electric blankets in winter.
Breakfast arranged at your leisure is served on the verandah overlooking the beautiful garden. The menu consists of traditional and health-conscious breakfasts with Mara’s wonderful homemade jams and chutneys.
