The child friendly Indlovu River Lodge is in a Big Five Reserve and is exclusively self catering, offering game drives on request.
Indlovu River Lodge is located on the banks of the Kuvjename’ River in the heart of the 9000 ha Karongwe Private game reserve, near Hoedspruit. Both the Kruger Park and the Panorama Route are a mere 45 minutes away.

Due to our unique layout we offer the ideal venue for a family safari in a big 5 reserve. There are three luxury, fully equipped, self catering chalets. Each has its own private pool, braai area and is serviced daily.
Shawu - This double story thatched chalet is nestled among towering Jackelberry trees.
Shingwedzi - A true taste of African Bush-living for the whole family.
Kambaku - This chalet is the largest of the three - sleeping 9 people.

Directions
From Johannesburg/Pretoria - Take the N4 to Witbank, Middelburg, Belfast, Dullstroom, Lydenburg and Ohrigstad. Go through the Strydom Tunnel. On the R36 between Hoedspruit and Tzaneen, you will find the Lodge on the right-hand side, coming from Ohrisgstad.
