Having so many rivers, such as the White Nile, Zambezi, Kunene, Umzimkulu, Tugela, Orange, Breede, Ash, Blyde, Olifants and Doring River to choose from, we as experienced and qualified guides have chosen the best African rivers for your African adventures. Blyde River Rafting. FULL-DAY OR OVERNIGHT TRIP: Starts in the Mariepskop Forestry Reserve, ends where the Blyde River enters the Blydepoort Dam. Duration: full day (6am to 6pm) or overnight (6am on day 1 to 11:30 am on day 2 Length: 8 km whitewater plus 5 km motor boat cruise over dam.
