Monte Vista Guest House is a child friendly 3 Star Highly Recommended AA registered Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation establishment. Monte Vista is set in the tranquil residential area of Estcourt, with a large garden surrounded by oak trees which attract many species of bird life.

Each suite is decorated with its own distinctive character including part of the owner’s art collection. Special features of the Monte Vista are the queen or double size beds dressed in white linen. A full English breakfast is served in the dining room with beautiful views of the mountains.

The Monte Vista Guest House is situated in Escourt, KwaZulu Natal in the near vicinity of Central Drakensberg, Midlands Meander, a number of Game Reserves and the Battlefields Sites World Heritage Sites making it a central point when visiting this area.

Directions

From Johannesburg
Take N3 turn-off to Estcourt-North (Giant Castle). Travel 7 km and at the third robot turn right. Cross 2 robots, go over railway bridge and you will see SPAR complex. Turn left to Richmond Rd, go straight for 300 m and turn left on first intersection and right on next one will bring you to Gilby Rd. Monte Vista is the second house on the left after intersection.

From Durban
Take N3 turn-off to Estcourt-South (Midway). Travel 7 km and ts the first robot turn left. Go over railway bridge and you will see SPAR complex.
