The 3 Star Le Paradis Lodge is situated in Widenham, a stone’s throw from Umkomaas on the KwaZulu Natal South Coast, also known as the Sun coast - due to the all year round good weather.
Le Paradis is an ideal base only minutes away from the world famous Aliwal Shoal dive site, where there are perfect diving conditions to enjoy the drop offs, caves, tunnels, grottos and spectacular underwater scenery. If you prefer shallow diving, Pinnacles is the place to go; this is an underwater photographer’s paradise. For beginners, Umkomaas has many diving schools, and an abundance of experienced divers to take you on an unforgettable dive.
Designed as a self catering facility for scuba divers and non-divers alike, the Lodge has a 180 degree view of the ocean and is just 200 metres from Widenham beach, which is popular for swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing and hiking.
All bedrooms have a bath/shower en-suite, and are furnished and decorated to the highest standard.
