The 3 Star Albizia House B&B in Himeville offers up-market, child friendly bed and breakfast accommodation with a relaxed atmosphere where one can enjoy the tranquil ambience of the mountains; hike in the berg, go birding, fishing, horse riding or partake in the many other activities offered in this beautiful area.

Albizia House offers twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The Elephant room is a family room that can accommodate a child etc. We do have a cot, high chair and push chair for babes. Our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, under floor heating in the bathrooms and heaters in the room.

Our rooms all lead onto a large sociable patio where our guests often gather for sundowners or to enjoy meeting the other guests.  There is a communal fridge for guests’ convenience in the sun lounge.  The patio overlooks the large park like garden.

We offer a full English or a Continental breakfast.

Parking is undercover and secure.  We are within walking distance to a restaurant and not far from a variety of shops, restaurants and activities.

Directions

Take Exit 99 (also signed “Underberg Southern Drakensberg”) off the N3 highway. Follow the road for to 115 kilometres to the town of Underberg. Once in the town, look out for the Himeville sign, where you will turn right onto Sani Road at the Shell fuel station. Once in Himeville the road becomes Arbuckle Street (5 kilometres from Underberg), pass the Himeville Arms Hotel, and we’re two blocks on your right hand side (corner of McKenzie Street).
