Karoo Heartland, Aberdeen

The Homestead Guest House

The Homestead Guest House

The original homestead of the town, this historical guesthouse was built in the early 1820s and is the oldest house in Aberdeen, Eastern Cape.

As a child friendly establishment we welcome families, singles, and couples but unfortunately no pets are allowed. The unpolluted Karoo air will ensure that you have a wonderful nights rest in one of our large en-suite bedrooms. Tea and coffee is provided in the rooms.

Enjoy a hearty Karoo-style breakfast in the dining room or on the patio before exploring the architectural treasures of Aberdeen.

Once you have finished wandering through the town or if you just feel like hanging around, enjoy our private garden, cool your hot feet in the pool or relax in the TV room.

Facilities

Swimming Pool, lounge with DSTV, barbeque (braai) facilities, professional Swedish massage in the privacy of your room on request.
